Studio 3 FIVE 8 is a client-centered specialty fitness studio that strives to empower you to achieve your optimum health and fitness goals through Pilates and other mind-body movement methods. Our Pilates equipment sessions and semi-private mat classes are offered in a friendly atmosphere with a highly a trained and experienced instructor in a personal setting, so that each client receives individual attention. Whether you are focused on post-rehabilitative needs, improving athletic performance, just beginning an exercise routine or anywhere in between Studio 3FIVE8 can tailor a fitness program for your specific needs.

OFFERINGS

Pilates Equipment
Utilizing the STOTT PILATES method of exercises, in addition to STOTT Pilates equipment, a program will be tailored to each client’s specific needs with an emphasis on core strengthening as well as, lumbar-pelvic and scapular stabilization. Workouts are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Equipment workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels and excellent compliments to any and all sports. Private and duet sessions are available by appointment.
SEMI-PRIVATES
  • Tuesday: 9AM BARRE
  • Wednesday: 9AM STRETCH AND FLOW
  • Thursday: 9AM FASCIAL MOVEMENT/FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
  • Saturday: 9:30AM BARRE
All mat classes focus on proper alignment, breathing, and core activation to enhance the key components of fitness – balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility; and help to improve functional mobility for day-to-day living. Classes are designed to encourage students to enjoy more fluidity of movement, balance myofascial planes and create positive tensions for effective movement.
